TubeHarvester ("we", "our", "us") provide services that help entrepreneurs, agencies and self-starters improve efficiency of their video marketing efforts.

To create an account, you must provide a valid email address and password, your name.

To make a purchase, you may need to provide a valid payment information. Your payment information will be collected and processed by our authorized payment vendors (Stripe). We do not directly collect or store credit or debit card numbers ourselves in the ordinary course of processing transactions. TubeHarvester does not store your payment information apart from subscription end date.
You may decline to provide us with your information. However, this will limit your ability to register for an account or use our Services.

This may include data you submit (such as payment information) or automatically-collected information (in the case of third-party analytics providers and advertising partners). Your data is retained for as long as you have an account. When you close an account, we delete its content. YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services to present publicly available video information. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (
https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Our Services include direct links to YouTube for video playback and use embedded YouTube players. We do not require any access or permissions to your Google or YouTube account. We do not collect any personal data your Google or YouTube account. Children's privacy
People under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use Services on their own. We do not collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 and they are not permitted to register for an account or use our Services. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that a child under age 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we delete it.
International data transfers and certain user rights
Location of Data: We provide services globally using computer systems, servers, and databases located in different countries. When you use our Services from outside of the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S..
